Directions: (From the Saqamore Bridge
Follow Mid-Cape Highway (RTE 6) and take Exit 3 and turn right onto Quaker Meeting House Rd. and follow to the first set of traffic lights and  take a left onto Cotuit Road.  Follow and you pass Peter Pond and a cranberry bog on your right and take a left onto Asa Meiggs Road-the second left after the bog, and follow for 1.1 miles.  There will be a Small Wooden Sign reading Sandy Terraces and a mailbox on the left reading 570.  Turn left onto a short dirt road pull to the gate, on the left will be a buzzer and "Ring only once" and wait for assistance.  Welcome to Sandy Terraces.

Directions: (From Hyannis) Take RTE 28 towards Falmouth to Santuit/Newtown Road.  Turn right onto Santuit/Newtown Road and follow to Wakeby Road (4-Way Stop).  Turn left onto Wakeby Road and 1500 feet to Mailbox 570 and Small Wooden Sign "Sandy Terraces" and turn right onto short dirt road.  Pull to gate and on the left will be a buzzer.  Please Ring Buzzer Only Once! and wait for assistance.  Welcome to Sandy Terraces!
